On the odd taxi official Twitter account, they posted that the odd taxi is gonna have a new movie called an odd taxi in woods and it will release on 1 April 2022 in japan we can probably expect this movie to release globally once it’s released in japan
the movie will be directed by Mugi Kinoshita (Baku Kinoshita) he said in the discussion to release the odd taxi in the woods movie “at the beginning of the broadcast, I never dreamed that it would lead to a film adaptation. it was realized by the cheers and responses of many people. I really appreciate it. We will work together as a team to create something that you can enjoy as much as you can with all your efforts, so please come to the movie theatre! don’t forget odd taxis even in spring!” I am excited about the movie release
Will, there be odd taxi season 2
Odd taxi the manga isn’t finished yet manga has 25 volumes right now and the 26th volume will be released on 14 January and there can even be more volumes of the odd taxi manga the odd taxi anime season 1 only adapted around 109 chapters that mean 4 to 5 volumes are adapted from the manga and there are more than 20 volumes left to adapt and I guess the movie will only adapt 2 volumes mostly
there will be a lot of source material left for odd taxi season 2 so judging by this I think there will be odd taxi season 2 soon but after the movie gets released let’s hope we see odd taxi season 2 soon
Story
