Attack on titan season 4 episode 28  was going to premiere on 27 march but it will be delayed till 3 April due to special programming and episode 9 will also be delayed by 10 minutes on NHK it was originally going to premiere at 24:05 but it will now release at 24:15 these reschedule are only for the NHK TV which is a Japanese channel where new episodes of attack on titan final season are broadcasted in japan these changes probably won’t affect the digital release of the episodes released on the Crunchyroll and Funimation

Before change: March 6 (Sun) 24:05 ~
